New owners Steve and Elizabeth are excellent hosts and offer a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere in their beautiful inn! Our fishing guides (Jason and Mike) were excellent and very professional--we are beginner fly fishers and both guides provided sage advice and patience. We caught a ton of fish! The inn offers magnificent views, clean and modern rooms, and excellent food. Would highly recommend, a great place for a group of friends or family--two large, comfortable living rooms for get-togethers.

We came here with 2 friends to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. From the moment we drove up Steve and Elizabeth welcomed us like family! I had a number of special requests for his big day and it was all executed perfectly! The room was very comfortable, the deck views were amazing. Because of the different release flows from the dam it was like fishing 2 different rivers. I could not think of anything negative to say if I had to! Elizabeth is a fabulous cook… even made graham crackers from scratch for her key lime pie crust! We wanted for nothing and left already thinking about our next trip to the White River Inn! We did spin reel fishing one day and fly fishing the next, catching a total of 154 fish between the 2 of us! Had a wonderful fish fry lunch on the river bank that Al B prepared. They set the bar high and can’t wait to get back! Thank you, Steve and Elizabeth, for an unforgettable visit!

Kim and I had a wonderful experience at White River Inn. Steve and Elizebeth are fabulous hosts and graciously filled our every need. The lodge was immaculate and the meals deserve a 5 star rating on their own. Elizebeth literally made everything from her own graham crackers and pork wellington to each desert. Steve is a natural host. Friendly, easy to converse with, and dedicated to providing each guest with a flawless experience.
